Michael, a lifelong resident of Central New York, has spent over a decade in healthcare, beginning with a bachelor’s in Health Service Management from SUNY Polytechnic and later earning his RN from St. Elizabeth College of Nursing. He gained extensive inpatient experience in the ICU, ER, and vascular access before completing a Master’s in Nursing with a focus on Family Medicine. A personal battle with cancer ignited Michael's passion for disease prevention, fitness, and endurance challenges, leading to remarkable accomplishments like triathlons, half marathons, and earning a blue belt in jiu-jitsu. He also serves in the US Army, driven by a commitment to health optimization for like-minded individuals. Michael lives in Central New York with his wife Melissa and their four children, embracing a life centered on faith, family, health, and service.
